Cordyceps is a mushroom that grows in the highlands of China, Tibet and Nepal. The coffee itself is smooth and sweet, much closer to an ordinary instant coffee than the black one is.
How I use it: one sachet in 150–200ml of hot water. This is the one I make for guests, because it tastes closest to what people expect.
