Reishi Gano Tea

An instant tea made from Ganoderma extract, the same mushroom that goes into the coffee.

It tastes earthy and light, and sits somewhere between green and black tea in colour. It isn’t tea in the usual sense: there are no tea leaves in it at all.

How I use it: one sachet in 150ml of hot water, in the evening after dinner, when I don’t want anything with caffeine in it. Some of my friends add a spoon of honey.
